Decoupled Drupal Days believes in an inclusive conference and speaker lineup. We particularly encourage members of underrepresented groups, such as women, people of color, LGBTQ, trans* and GNC folk, people living with disabilities, and others, to submit proposals.

Decoupled Drupal Days 2018 will be devoting at least 25% of all accepted sessions to speakers of underrepresented groups or first-time speakers.
